Hi there, I’m Erin Van Patter, an MSW-level social worker and psychotherapist based in the heart of London, Ontario. My passion lies in supporting women through life’s challenges, specializing in areas such as self-esteem building and navigating significant life transitions.

My journey in social work began with a profound realization of the unique struggles women face in our society. After completing my Master of Social Work degree at Western University, I delved deeper into understanding the intricacies of women’s experiences, particularly around self-esteem issues and life transitions.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where women can explore their feelings, fears, and aspirations freely. Whether it’s overcoming low self-esteem, coping with major life changes like divorce or career shifts, or finding empowerment in the face of adversity, I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic modalities and my own experiences, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and empowerment, guiding my clients to discover their inner strength and resilience.

Being a part of the vibrant London community is incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women here. If you’re seeking support, guidance, or simply a compassionate ear, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.
